This is your unique opportunity to be taught and practice, the 5 sacred breaths of Kriya Yoga Meditation by Swami Aliyananda Paramahansa who is a self-realised master, disciple of Maha Avatar Babaji and founder of the World Peace Mission.
Each Kriya Breath will be explained and demonstrated to those new to the practice. If you have practiced before it is a chance to refine your Kriya. Revisiting the basic points is never a wasted moment, there is always something new to be found.
Also Wendy Scott the World Peace Missions Sound Healer and Gong Master will attending and will share beautiful sound vibration with us.
