I offer weekly Kriya Yoga sessions on Zoom for free every Thursday and hold events and workshops throughout the year. Please see the Events page for more details.

Additionally I offer individual and group sessions at the Queens Hotel in Penzance, Cornwall, offering one-to-one private sessions by appointment only; the cost is by donation £35 – £50 per hour. If required accommodation can be booked through the hotel on +44 1736 362371.
