I am in the direct lineage of Mahavatar Babaji, who revived this ancient sacred practice for the benefit of mankind. He gave me my spiritual name, Swami Aliananda Paramahansa and taught me 5 sacred Kriya Yoga breaths, which he asked me to teach in the West.

When I teach you, it is to benefit and enhance your life, as the purpose of Kriya Yoga is for you to find your soul self; your consciousness.

Peace in the heart is the consciousness of God. When you become conscious, you understand the way of the world, then you are in the world but not of the world and your heart is more peaceful.

Each human being has a story, as this story comes together it gathers momentum and forms a wave of thought which seems real. People start to believe this as their truth, when in point of fact it is our emotions, our fears, our happiness, our sadness which creates our stories, which we then believe to be true.

When we enter in deeply to the light of our beingness, when we still our minds, our fears, our desires, we are not adding to this story of the world; we are in the world but not of it.

The more people that come together for The World Peace Mission, realising themselves, we add to the truth of light rather than the darkness of ignorance, we will be living in peace in our minds, hearts and mouths. Being trained with Kriya Yoga, gradually the light of our consciousness will change the world: the light in the darkness.

You develop it through calming the mind. To have peace in the heart we must first develop the mind. Peace in the heart is deep, profound, and there are many levels to get there. Kriya Yoga is an extraordinary practice for taking you through these levels to get to your sacred heart.

There are layers of material love but the sacred heart is profound love, and we develop this through the practice of Kriya Yoga breathing, where you enter the kingdom of love within you. This is a sustaining energy, your cosmic wave; your soul has entered the ocean.

Kriya means practice.
Yoga means union with God.

The peace of God feels spacious; it feels endless; it is like an ocean and I feel like a wave arising from the ocean and going back to the ocean with each breath.
