I am inviting old and new students to this special weekend workshop for Kriya Yoga teachings, meditation and initiation, to inspire and deepen you via Zoom.

This workshop is a special time that will teach new students in-depth Kriya Yoga sacred breaths, and for practised students it will deepen your understanding of this life-changing practice.

You will change and open to your Supreme nature. The breaths help you to connect to your soul’s journey, and to find the beauty and uniqueness of your wonderful Self.

Swami Aliananda Paramahansa

Swami Aliananda Paramahansa is a holy woman living in the West. She was called to, and trained by, her Master, Mahavatar Babaji, who also gave her The World Peace Mission. She is in the lineage of this great Master, and like Paramahansa Yogananda of ‘Autobiography of a Yogi’ she was asked by Babaji to teach Kriya Yoga in the West. It is this sacred practice that has opened her to Supreme Wisdom Truths.

All traditions and all religions are encompassed in these Kriya Yoga breaths, and Swami Aliananda Paramahansa’s teachings will help you to find the living grail within; your heart-song.

Through Kriya Yoga you awaken the jewels of consciousness within you, to have sovereignty and dominion over your life; this is Christed-Consciousness. In the ‘Autobiography of a Yogi’, Yogananda wrote that ‘Kriya Yoga is a rocket ship to Self-Realisation’ and we could not agree more.
