SUMMER NEWSLETTER 2026

Over the last year we have experienced wonderful workshops. In Salzburg we formed a beautiful, powerful crystal grail together. In March we gathered again in Goldegg and there we ignited the grail and our souls into Supreme Consciousness.

In May we united again for a Kriya Yoga Masterclass. Here we had in-depth spiritual teachings and visited St Michael’s Mount where we sent peace and love through the ley lines there, which travel to the Holy Land – such a blessing at this time. So many in these groups have said that they experienced moments of profound spiritual insights.

As we have worked and travelled together, we are realising the amazing work of the Shambala Warriors and how much they are doing. The Mission is like a beautiful tapestry of life that reveals itself slowly. As we evolve, we see it and realise together that we have formed this profound World Peace Mission under the guidance of Mahavatar Babaji, the immortal being of the Himalayas.

The Mission continues going from strength to strength as there are amazing workshops planned. The next one is on Zoom on 21st June, the Summer Solstice, to celebrate the abundance of Midsummer within and without. I’m calling all the groups to join me at this time of fullness and creativity. This workshop will set you up for the forthcoming Michaelmas Pilgrimage, 26th – 30th September, and the next World Peace Mission event in Goldegg, Austria, 6th – 8th November.

Join the Michaelmas Pilgrimage Retreat – From Anywhere!

Swami Aliananda Paramahansa teaches Kriya Yoga breathing and meditation.

If you can’t join us in Cornwall for the Michaelmas Pilgrimage, you can still be a part of the experience! We are offering a special opportunity to connect with the retreat group and Swami Aliananda Paramahansa through a four-day series of morning Zoom sessions.

This is a wonderful chance to immerse yourself in the pilgrimage and share a blessed space with the community, wherever you are.

Power of Softness: The Feminine Energy and the Sacred Body of Light

It fills my heart with immense joy to share a message that I believe is crucial for our times. Recently, I had the privilege of speaking at the “One Heart One Earth Global Healing Summit 2025” and I wanted to take a moment to reflect on what we discussed and invite you deeper into this beautiful journey.

My own path began with a profound calling. At 35, a vivid dream led me on a quest that ultimately brought me to the teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda and, in 1997, to my beloved master, Babaji, in the serene Himalayas. It was there that I was initiated into Kriya Yoga, a practice that has since become the very essence of my being and my mission.

The Power of Softness and the Sacred Body of Light

Kriya Yoga, at its heart, is a sacred breathing technique. It’s not about complex postures or strenuous exercises, but about a profound internal alchemy. With just five simple breaths, it works with our energy centers, our chakras, to gently calm the incessant chatter of the mind. This stillness, this spaciousness, allows us to connect with the “kingdom of light” within each of us. This inner light expands, merging with what I call the “cosmic ocean of peace,” transforming us into a “body of light.”

Babaji always emphasised the importance of softness, humility, and surrender. Think of a mother holding her baby – that gentle, unconditional embrace is the essence of this practice. It’s this feminine energy, this nurturing approach, that allows the “God glow” to radiate through us, influencing every action, every word, with divine grace.

My World Peace Mission

In 2003, Babaji entrusted me with a profound mission: to bring these timeless teachings of Kriya Yoga to the West and assist in the collective raising of human consciousness. It is a journey of immense love and dedication.

I wholeheartedly encourage you to:

  • Listen to your inner whispers: Your dreams and inspirations are powerful guides.
  • Embrace the present moment: Don’t rush through life; savor each breath.
  • Nurture your inner light: Tend to it daily, as you would a precious plant.
  • See challenges as blessings: They often appear during our most sacred journeys.
  • Practice conscious breathing: It calms the mind and opens the heart.
  • Let go of worries and desires: Focus on the beauty of now.
  • Live from a place of unconditional love, kindness, and service.

This is a wonderful opportunity to learn the Kriya breaths directly and begin cultivating your own radiant light body.
